  • How do I place an order?

  • How do I pay?

    A deposit must be made with a credit or debit card when ordered unless a commercial business account has been set up with our office. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

  • What does my deposit include?

    This charge includes the delivery and pick up of your roll-off container once. The disposal fee is the cost of disposing only the portion of the waste you place in your container based on the tonnage included with your quote/deposit. Additional charges may occur due to the exact dump weight of your debris in the roll-off. Please discuss this with our representatives.

  • How long will it take to have a container delivered?

    A 24 hour notice is needed to properly service you Monday thru Friday.

  • What if I need to keep the container for quite some time?

    Rental charges do apply, please ask our staff for details.

  • Is there an extra charge for some material?

    Yes, please contact our office for this list which includes, but is not limited to tires, white goods containing Freon (Air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers and dehumidifiers).

  • Why Does Compactor Service Make Sense?

    Renting saves your valuable capital dollars for other projects Maintenance programs are available.

    We provide throught rentals:

    • Customized installation of equipment to meet your needs as well as OSHA safety requirements
    • A new or fully reconditioned Stationary or Self-Contained Compactor Fullness monitor to ensure maximum load weight management (optional)
    • Full maintenance of equipment is available as long as the unit is in service

  • What size boxes do you offer?

    We offer roll-off containers in 10, 15, and 20, 30 and 40 cubic yard sizes.
    Note: The 10 and 15 yard containers are delivered with smaller trucks so as to prevent the damage associated with larger 10 wheel and tri-axle trucks.

  • How Do I Load My Box?

    The entire back end of all roll-off containers are a hinged door allowing full access to load material easily and safely. When considering the container size needed.
    Note: That the debris must be level with the side walls of the roll-off to enable us to travel with it.

  • How do I know what size container to order?
    10 Yard Roll-Off Container

    Common dimensions for a 10 yard roll-off are approximately 12 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 3 ½ ft. high. A 10 yard roll-off may be appropriate for a small basement or garage clean out; decks; removing roof shingles; yard debris cleanup or a small remodeling job.
